The primary objectives were threefold: first, to broaden their brand beyond custom suits and emphasize their diverse range catering to everyone; second, to craft a website that mirrors the personalized journey of bespoke clothing creation, highlighting care and expert guidance; and third, to boost the rate of in-person appointments booked through the website.
